Our Kidz Club team is a group of experienced, fun and friendly people - all who have a passion for seeing children have fun, enjoy themselves and come to know Jesus.
Meet the Kidz Club Team Leaders for 2011...
Rev. Stephen Fong - Team Leader
Stephen has been with Cherrybrook Presbyterian Church for about 7 years, having graduated form the Presbyterian Theological College. In a previous life he was a lawyer, although now he prefers to spend his time making balloon animals and spending time teaching young and old people about Jesus.
Jemimah Irvin - Program Co-ordinator
Jemimah has been attending Cherrybrook Presbyterian church for many years. She has been involved in organising many of the church's events such as Kidz Club and Cherrybrook Community Carols and is passionate about sharing the good news about Jesus with the local community. Later this year Jemimah will also be coordinating our Kidz Club team to travel to Armidale to do a similar program for the children in that community.
Amanda Sharpe - Program Co-ordinator, Registrar
Amanda has been attending Cherrybrook Presbyterian for a number of years. She is currently at university studying High School Education and works tutoring primary and high school aged children. Amanda also coordinates and leads the primary school aged youth group at the church and teaches scripture at a local primary school where she enjoys interacting with the children and teaching them about the bible. Amanda has been involved in leading Kidz Club since it began in various roles.
James Walder - Activites Co-ordinator
James has been involved with Cherrybrook Presbyterian Church for most of his life. He attends our Boys Brigade which meets on Wednesday nights and has been leading Kidz Club for a number of years. James is a passionate musician who sings, plays french horn, trumpet and guitar and who also plays cricket for a local club.
Our team leaders for 2011 are supported by a number of other enthusiastic leaders and helpers from Cherrybrook Presbyterian Church.
